I have a 98 Chris Craft with a VP/Cobra SX 5.0GL. My engine starts cold fine, as it warms on dock it tends to slowly decrease idle and sometimes dies unless I catch it and rev it a couple times. When I set out all performance of the engine is normal. Easing the throttle to WOT or dead stop to WOT is great. Yesterday we pulled 3 skiers by the 3rd skier, after about 30 mins of operation going to WOT the engine hesitates a lot. If you ease the throttle to 3/4 or back off WOT to 3/4 performance is fine. I know enough about carburetors to suspect my Holley but not sure why it goes from working to known working. Looking for an advice giving. Thanks
