Engine troubles with MerCruiser Inboard out board

Mercruiser 3 litre 4 cylinder .
I've tried almost everything. We've changed the rooter, the cap, spark plugs, wires, the coil and now I'm thinking it could be the EIM.

So when we take the boat out, it runs well for about 35 to 45 minute then it dies. Then it won't start up again until about 20 minutes.
Anyone els have this issue or ideals what it could be before we do the EIM?

This has the symptoms of a plugged gas tank venting system. Spiders or bees or wasps can get in there a plug it up. After running 30 minutes or so the fuel system is fighting a vacuum. Try blowing into the vent line and see if it is clear. Or if you are out on the water and it starts to bog down, loosen the gas cap and see if it improves.

Is this a tks ? Could be the tks to blame.
