I'm sure it will be fine, You have overhauled it, set the lash correctly, Now just follow the break in period, and check it after that. They need to be "wore in" to make Shure everything is seated correctly.

If it has flat tappet lifters run it for 20 minutes from 1500 to 2500 rpm to run in the cam. No warm up! Go right to 2000 rpm +/- a few hundred rpm.
You want to do that at the dock. Muffs won't give you enough cooling.
If you really want to do it on the trailer you can directly feed the water supply while the drive is off. You will need to have it off to change the impeller that got ruined when you ran the drive in the air.
Then after the run in change the oil again.
