My Evenrude Lark 35 starts and runs fine. Carb and sparks just done. Idles at just below mid-throttle, but dies when I pull all the way back. If I don't pull all the way back, it won't shift. So, I have to pull the throttle all the way back, shift, then restart. Is there anything is the high speed/low speed adjustments, or the idle adjustment, that might hel?
