Everything is OUT

After many many hours grinding, everthing is out. No sole, stringers or transom.
Coosa is in the carport and I pick up the epoxy resin and fiberglass tomorrow. Now I get to put it together. It was amazing how much I had to grind out to get to the original layup. As this boat had had the sole, stringers, and transom replaced before ( and a messy job at that), it took likely 60+ hours for grinding.

With everything out, I recommend that you leave either the floor or the transom in while working on the other, you now probably have a VERY wobbly tub.

Before you start working and standing the the hull you will need to brace things up, so strap on a belt and join the flying wolenda's so you aren't putting pressure on things as you are working.

It looks like you left the deck on so you won't have to fight to get that back on.. But until you get the stringers and transom back in you could deform that hull as you are working on it.

Working from a plank suspended over the boat, atleast until the stringers are back in wouldn't be a bad idea..

I have it blocked very well and it is very stable when I am in it. I feel no floppiness at all when I am in the boat, but it would be very easy for me make a suspended scaffold. Not a bad idea. Putting in the transom will not be a problem but if my body weight was not in the boat while doing the stringers it would be a good precaution. Thanks for getting me thinking.
