Evinrude 115 to 140 lower units

I have recently lost the lower unit in a 1982 115 v4. I have access to a 140. Are they compatible?

I've got a simliar issue. Here is the model number of my motor that needs a lower unit. E115TLCNB I have access to a lower unit with the following model number. E85TLC5A<br /><br />Does anyone know if these are compatible?
