would it hurt to run 50-1 oil mixture in my vro system once in a while? i have a 6 hp that runs a 50-1 mixture that is on the boat and don't want to carry a seperate tank.

No. The mtr just may smoke a little but won't hurt it. In fact it may just do it a little good.

Double oil is used to break in all new or rebuilt Evinrude powerheads.
