Evinrude 70HP (85) repair gone bad

Single head so only one temp sensor.

Horn is working now. Last problem area is the shift cable. Was testing to make sure it was in neutral and the reverse shift feels ok but when shifting into forward the cable seems very tight. Not sure if this is because the motor wasn't running or what.

Motor needs to be running when shifting. If not running have somebody spin the prop by hand then shift. Don't touch the propeller while it is running
