Evinrude hood

Figured I'd ask here as well as the lister, but what would be different between and 1980 Evinrude 115 and a 1983 Evinrude 115 that the cowls would be different?<br /><br />This listing is for a 1983-88 hood and I need one for a 1980 (mine is in bad shape).<br /> Ebay listing

There is nothing different between a 1980 and 1983 115 Cowling. That cover should fit all Evinrude V4's from 1969 through the late 90's as long as its the crossflow models (not the loop charged V4's that came out in 1985 as 120 and 140hp). The cover should also fit 1974-late 90's Johnson V4's too.

Mamier is right....<br />Looks like it would fit my '70 115 Theres been a few changes it looks like but not much..
