Evinrude serial numbers

They laws in my state just recently changed and now I have to have my Evinrude on my sailboat titled/registered. Can anyone help me interpret my serial numbers. These are the numbers I got off the tag on the side of the shaft:

25002E-E05627

25002E is the model number for a 1970 25 hp Evinrude

E05627 is the serial number
