Anybody use Fel pro 17420 for a SBC application? Any preference Fel pro or the stock Mercury part?

Exhaust manifold to head gaskets are not marine specific. Felpro will work fine.

Ayuh,.... I donno what the 17420 gaskets look like,...

The "Gotcha" that I've found usin' automotive exhaust gaskets is, the automotive gaskets are many times, multi-piece, 'n 'bout impossible to hold in place...

I Do know the Fel-pro 1404 gaskets are metallic carbon 1 piece gaskets that work Perfectly...
