Exploded Wiew T&T 1993 40 HP

Does anyone have an exploded wiew of this T&T Unit. A friend of mine removed the drain plug on his and a ball dropped out and fell in water. Unit wont work. If I got a drawing, maybe we could find out what is missing. Thanks. Mail:<br />sikker_succes@hotmail.com

That wasn't the drain plug...it was a check valve.<br />I don't have that info with me, but I can get it tomarrow.

Thanks, I'd really appreciate it. Doing this on shallow water wasnt the perfect place, I think he is aware of that now .

Ther was two version of this TNT....some small valve difference I think. Otta post the model number GD so we can get you the right break down. I got both here at the house.

I show 2 different TNT systems, but I haven't looked close enough to tell the diff...

Really appreciate your help. Model number is BE40TLETF, Serial Nr. G03309419. Can you eventually tell part number for the missing ball and the screw he thought was drain plug, its badly corroded.

Rear of unit and hex screw, ( i dont know ifthats right word, here its unbrako, with 6 edges shaped hole )

Unbrako is a brand of allen keys for use with allen head bolts, six sided female.<br /><br />Aldo

OK, the hex plug is the filter valve plug and it does have a ball in it, with the skinny filter and a plastic seat fixture with an o-ring.<br />What pieces are you missing???<br />Walleyehed, do you have pictures???

Yes, I have some pics, but there are 2 hex-head plugs....a small recessed one and a larger one beside it...the larger of the 2 is the filter plug...is this the one we are looking for?

Will this make the unit non-funtional, the motor flips up when put in reverse.

I have service manuals here at the house... I'll have to go to shop and put a P/N on this, and I don't have a printer down there, so I guess I'll have to do it in the morning unless someone else knows the P/N.<br />I needed to Identify the part for sure first...<br />Mod1, you got a parts list???

I tried printing out the break down and parts list but my machines are on the fritz....power popped on and off a couple times. Working at getting things back up.
