f115 cam timing help

I have a 115 4 stroke yamaha that someone took the timing belt off. I need to know what mark to put the flywheel on and where the 2 arrows on the cam gears go to put the belt back on.

DO NOT turn the cam or the flywheel.
this is a non clearence engine. means if out of time the valves wont clear the piston.
myself I would pull the cams set the engine at TDC and reinstall the cams per the service manual.
had one last summer from a local backyardigan that had reset the cam timing for some reason.
missed the intake by two cogs, bent all 8 intake valves.
if you fail to follow the steps in the service manual then most likly you wil break a cam during the removal or installation.
