F20 w/electric AND manual start?

I want to buy a F20 outboard... does the Electric start version also have a manual pull start inside of the cover?

I don't want to always have a battery with me or rely on it to start all the time, but electric start would be nice.

for what you wish to do then buy the manual version and add the starter kit.
you cant run the electric start version without the battery long without frying the rectifier.
unless you dont mind isolating the rectifier anytime your not going to have the battery.
