Re: Feeling old and I'm not
I'm 48 and I mentioned to my wife not long ago that I feel better now then anytime in my life.
Whenever I'm having back troubles, I'll take a horseback ride.
If I feel lethargic, I'll take a 5 mile hike in the foothills.
If I have an attitude, I'll go fishing.

I make it a top priority to stay active. Working 4/10's really helps. The biggest thing that helps me though, is I refuse to sit in front of the TV past the news hour. I don't have much use for the Budwieser and Pepsi football leagues, so that frees up most of the weekends. An hour or two on the www and I'm off doing something else.

Shoot, I'll throw a "Rage Against The Machine" CD in for the Monday morning commute. And Kid Rock for the Thursday night trip back home.
I'm not old and I don't expect I will be for another 30 years or so.
Even though I heard some "Grand Funk Railroad" that I've not heard for awhile today.
