Re: Female Boss?
This is not a scientific study. I have just noticed that 15yrs ago in my nursing class, there were a lot of women who were in bad relationships, looking for something to secure thier future. Lot's of divorce in the class, or someone thinking along those lines.
During my years of nursing, I have noticed some very unstable women, using the nursing field(taking care of sick people) to fill the need of "being needed". That is co-dependant.
Now days I see a lot more younger, healthier women enter the field and I have some very high respect for many, where for a time I had little. So again I refer back to the "individual", not the generalization. Female management is where I see the problems.
I seem to be contradicting myself, but I'm not. I just have a hard time explaining the difference.
\Can you elaborate a bit more? Someone I care for a lot is about to engage in a relationship with a nurse.
