My boat is covered with screwed in buttons. Like, way more than I've ever seen on any other boat. For canopy pieces I've never even seen before. Is there something I can use to fill the holes if I remove the buttons?

On a similar note, I'm thinking about repainting the red stripe along the sides of the boat, and since the plastic "Thundercraft" lettering on the side is super worn out and faded. If I do paint it, i'd like to remove the lettering also, fill in the holes, and paint over them.

I have 3 scratches 2 to 4 inches long and you can see the raw fibers in the groove on the bow. What do you suggest? Marinetex looks good.

What about the Gators when they meet the UGA Bulldogs? Been a many a party in Jax.

Use gel coat to fill the holes, it will be easier to blend in the repairs and if you use a color matched gel coat they will be less noticable.
