Filling thru holes in fiberglass hull

I cannot seem to find a definitive answer to the proper material for filling holes in fiberglass hull. There are a few holes that need filled from livewell pump intake ( below waterline) to screw holes and old bilge pump discharge hole (obviously above waterline). Should i simply be using PB and wax paper for all holes? I also have 5200 on hand if this feasable. Thanks in advance

are you fre-finishing the boat? or just want to fill the holes?

best way is from both sides, feather with a grinder, then a layer of CSM on both sides followed by a larger layer of 1708 on both sides. grind smooth, fair as needed, gel or paint.

if you just want to fill the holes, a patch with 5200 screwed in place

Yes full resto. Grinding inside of hull currently, then plan to flip and repair & paint while hull is at lightest point. So i need to repair these holes before gelling. Its a 84 starcraft v-150 modified

Yup Scott has given you the correct method. Tape the outside, fill the hole with pb and smooth it then apply some CSM and 1708. On the outside 2 layers of CSM and fair and sand
