something quick to check, remove fuel pump, squeeze primer bulb, does fuel come out the back of pump?

Pontoon boat, 0 leak in the toons and cargo secured.
I'll pull the pump try that and check in after I get to it here this weekend.
During the same time, going to test the Gap jump of the spark (got the tester)
Make sure I'm getting a solid charging number while it runs.
WD the Advance plate to cut the grease.
And going to try to do the Linkages from first page to last page.
Anything else?

Timer plate moves freely,
is it suppose to move WITH The throttle cam part to start till it hits advance?
Like it move immediately with the throttle till its hits the Max advance

Timing is at 4 BFTD on dry land, also max was at 15 and my specific is 19 (using joe Reeves)

Spark jumped a FULL inch beautiful clean spark

I did All the Manuals advice on linkage timing, I believe I'm going to spend a day spinning the linkage one spin at a time.

I did not test the fuel pump as to pushing fuel out the rear port once removed.

I'm moving in the direction it's something off with the fuel system.
