Nice job so far. Are you on target for your original completion date? I see that you plan on refilling the hull with foam again. If I were you i'd seriously reconsider it. Here down under in my neck of the woods that stuff is called FTD, (From The Devil) and with good reason as you saw when you cut your deck open.
If you are concerned about the hull's strength, just glass a few lengths of 1 inch electrical conduit to the bottom. The conduit is just there to give it shape. Then pack the bottom with closed cell foam.
