Finally ready

Ok the starcraft is ready for Canadian use now. Took her out today for the second time and all the minor problems fixed. The 135 hp merc that was just rebuilt purrs like a kitten. It did need the fins on the bottom to keep from cavitating. The 20hp merc kicker ran well. Now just 2 more weeks to Dryden Canada and Eagle Lake!!!!

Wish mine was running as well. Need to re-do the carbs and sync again.

Where do you stay on Eagle Lake?
Haven't been there in about 20 years.
Stayed at Deer Trail lodge back around 1980, can't remember where we stayed the next time.
Ever go down to Blind Bay?

We stay in our Motor home at Cedar Point Lodge with Pat and family. They are great people.And yes we make blind bay every trip. There is a rock wall of two that the walleyes love to hang out by before they get into our bellies.

Geez, small world.
Deer Trail Lodge is about a mile NNW of Cedar Point.

Lost a nice walleye in Blind Bay, it got eaten by a northern while it was on our stringer. Ripped her in half.
