I thought this would be a good subject to bring up.
Is there a minimum size of fire extinguisher to have on a given size of boat. I know the bigger the better but a 10 pound would take up a lot of room on a small boat and a 2.5 pound is not big enough on a larger boat.
Lets say what i would put on my 17 footer. I was thinking of a 5 pounder ABC extinguisher. Any one know what the correct size would be?
Is there a table that some one could post so every one would know what there boat should have.
