Fireing order problems (help needed)

I Have a problem i replaced the head gasket on my 1998 volvo penta 4.3 l gl vortec motor. I did not mark the distributor when i took it out which was stupid of me . Now i am having a hell of a problem figuring out the firing order.

Can anyone shead some light on how i go about finding the firing order and if i am looking at the motor the cylinder numbers on each side also how it corrispond to the distributor cap. Thanks

Ayuh,... There's the Manual for your motor up in the Adults Only section of this forum,...
In it, I believe it's explained how to set #1, at TDC,+ where the wires go from there...
