I never experienced a need for the blindplugs to get out. If you remove plastic parts and soak carb for hours, you can blow crud out. But they are removable for that purpose, though. you can remove the domes by drilling a small hole in them, put a screw in and pull them out. I never experienced it was neccesary.

Well new ones were included with each kit, and the screws on the side beneath them is the brass jet I guess with a small hole through it and I can see some plastic thin behind it but don’t know how to get it out, it looks kike a part included in the kit, also does the brass jet need to be tightened all the way or set a certain way?
