guys moneys tight w/ the new baby and house and i need to get my boat winterized but cant go to marina, so i'll do it like i do everything else...myself. its a 18' 87 glasstream w/ a 130 hp merc and alpha one. i dont have a manual or anything...thats what you guys are for:). ive spent probably 3 days searching for info and have good idea what to do, but havent looked at the motor yet to find the drain plugs for the motor. can someone tell me where EVERY plug is that i need to pull? motor, intake, exhaust, hoses would help also. i got one season under my belt and would like to make it two with this boat so i gotta do it right. thank you very much.

Ayuh,.....

1st off,....Go Here,+ download the manual for your motor,+ drive,...

I doubt your boat has P/Steering,....
So I won't mention the P/S Cooler that's usually mounted in the in-coming water line that needs draining,...

For your motor,...
There's a drain plug in the bottom of the exhaust manifold,+ another along the bottom of the block, on the same side of the motor....

Then pull the Big Hose from the circulating water pump,+ lower the drive as low as reasonable....

Only one baby?

Thats nothing, nothing, let me know when you get to four.

Welcome aboard.

You want the bow left as far up as possible with the drive fully down.

If you have to put some wood under the wheels than ok.

You want to after you pull the plugs pull the long hose coming from the transom and pour some antifreeze down it till you see it come out the drive.

A little more into the other hoses after you pull them.

Take the battery out, and into the garage whatever.

I don't treat the gas but i leave my tank full.

And leave the PLUG OUT.

Good luck!
