Firt time out on the water

I think weigh has something to do with it too.Like I said before I was able to back it up straight with the boat on the trailer. It was jackknifing when the boat was off the trailer. Once I launch the boat Im cruising the lake

Sorry I didn't read all of the advise. If you can't see the trailer in your mirrors you are going straight. Go to a Mall parking lot and practice with the boat on the trailer.

The shorter the trailer the tougher it is. Each slight turn the greater the turn becomes. Mini turns, small adjustments. I used to practice at work with welding trailers. If you can park a Sea Doo you can park a 40 footer.
