She doesn't say anything specific but I can tell in her voice and subliminal comments that it kind of bothers her.

Sometimes its better not to listen to your own thoughts or imaginations.

Except where you think she'd like a bigger boat.

Thats a tough one....

Persistance may pay off though... I have been married for 10 years now, and my wife was about the most non-outdoors person you could meet...

She likes boating a little, but was never really into fishing... even though every single time we go, I ask her to try...

She kept countering with asking me to try one of her hobbies (ballroom dancing, or quilting) UGH nooooooo way.

So I just kept asking her to try it out...

Well finally, just about 2 weeks ago, she said she wanted to try fishing and to get her own fishing pole!!! WAHOOO (Only took 10 years hehehe)

So now we go out and make it a competition to see who can do what... I have freely taught her all my "tricks" and everything I know about fishing to make it fair, and we now have a lot of fun with it. My son is 5 now, and getting fairly good at it too, so we make it a family affair... Relax, listen to the radio and just have a good time! :D
