floor replacing

I have a 85 14ft bayliner that was given to me, got her running and everthing is working now. The floor in front is weak and I whant to replace flooring, My question is what type of material should I use? Really due not want to use plywood. The boat will be used for fishing and crusing with the kids. any help would be great.

i have always used exterior grade plywood, sealed on all edges.

Really due not want to use plywood.

Ayuh,... It's Your boat, you can use Anything you want,...

The rest of Us are using Sealed Plywood....
