Florida bound !

What the weather report for the next 10-12 days in sunny Florida, at the house of the mouse. Ha.

Anything i should know about on 95 southbound ? Cheapest gas and cigs. ?

Been about 5 years last trip thataway.

Tash im gonna wave as i go pass your way.

I like riding all the boats in Disney, nice easy rides kids love them also.

If we have a choice in transportation we always choose the boats. Monorail gets old quick but sometimes it's the only way to get somewhere fast.

it is going to be Florida, if you don't like today, wait till tomorrow. bad weather rarely last more than 3 days, the rest of this week is suppose to be beautiful. looking at Orlando thru New Years, lows high 50's, highs high 70's low 80's. sunny to partly cloudy.

Weather is great this time of year! Cool at night warm during the day. Orlando is about a 1 1/2 hours N/E of me, so your looking at mid to upper 70s.

If you need gas in Ga, exit 87, go back under I95, Raceway on left, $1.56 this AM. There is road construction just South of exit 76. Georgia is also running ZERO tolerance on driving, speeding, swaping lanes back and forth to cut through traffic, if you think the law may not like do not do it right now. Exit 76, Holton's Resturant, good food and right side the interstate. All I can think of right now.

Have a safe trip! Gas in SC and GA is usually the cheapest.I always top off just before crossing into FL.
Watch the NC state troopers....Virginia too...

You can haul butt through SC just keep your eyes open...

Have fun in the keys Big pine key was one of my favorite places. If you can get to Ismoralda key they had all you can eat seafood place right on the water great food.

And i made my baby on that island 11 years ago remember like it was yesterday.

Have a great holiday's guys and ladies, bringing a laptop with me but you know how it is gonna be on the go, go, go.

If everything goes well, as planned we will be hitting Orlando around 2 pm tomorrow.

Will be hitting Jacksonville just in time for morning rush hour, and we always eat in Denny's.

We just made the run from MD down to St. Augustine (Marineland) over to Orlando and down to Sarasota (used to work there) and Sanibel Island.

Not much to report from the driving part, stay away from South of the Border -dirty and overpriced, but I was low on gas and had to stop anyways.

There was a fair amount of work on 95 in SC, but we didn't hit any significant delays.

Have fun, the weather outlook looks good. After seeing our photos, our inlaws are headed down Christmas day.

The food at Disney sucks, but they actually let you bring stuff in as opposed to other amusement parks.

We only eat lunch in the parks, i'm looking forward to the boston lobster feast, all ya can eat maine lobsters, and oysters, ( wink ) and they do lose money on me.

Kids love the smoked turkey legs, and tomorrow land has a decent hamburger joint.

Jax morning rush, Take I-295 around city, major construction downtown, exit is the one right after the airport, right lane, there is construction there also.

I don't know if you will see this before you get there but, when you go into one of the parks at M I C K E Y land go to the back side of whatever park it is and work to the front, then about 2 or 3 in the afternoon go back to the room and rest awhile then go back late in the day and work the front side of the park. Example; Epcot, go to the country exhibits in the AM, rest and come back late in the day and do the front side, lines are much shorter this way. I use to say no lines but in this day and time shorter lines. Using Epcot again, we always go to the country exhibits first, start with Canada and work our way around, come out and step to the next one and go in to see the show with short wait. Then late in the day work the front with short waits, it has worked that way for us since the 70's when our daughter was little, now it is the grandkids, last time there a couple years ago it still worked.

nlain kewl will try that in the parks, no exit 87 in ga saw the gas station at exit 37.

Tash no traffic what so ever went straight down 95 fastest trip ever.

Just got a chance to hook up the puter, wifey went to publix.

You must have been sleepin when you came thru. I95 crosses US 17 at Richmond Hill Ga, if the link below will work I located it for you. You had me worried cause I drive thru there twice a day Mon thru Fri and sometimes Sat, thought I was losing my mind. Glad to hear you had a good trip.
