Better not have any pot residue on that boat when you get stopped. They can confisticate the boat and anything else you used to commit the crime. Um...you used your car and trailer to get it to the ramp.

You can certainally blow an .02 and still be under the influence.......maybe from ingesting or inhaling something other than alcohol.
Please provide a link that supports this statement.

Are you asking me to prove that being under the influence of drugs can lead to a BWI? Or....did I not make my statement clear?

Here is an interesting read on testing BAC Talking about some of the things that can cause elevated readings:

There are two types of sites that I've found providing information like that in your link.

One are the ambulance chasers, that try to get drinkers and druggers out of their legal problems.

The other are those trying to beat chemical tests that have been imposed on drinkers and druggers.

Here is the about us for your link. Here are some of their services: Passing An Alcohol Urinalysis Tests and How to Pass an Alcohol Urine Test.

It is clear now. The topic was Florida boating alcohol limits, not BWI drugs.

I have no motives behind my post and am an adamant person when it comes to DUI and BUI, I have seen the direct results far to many times, so please don't try to discredit me because I posted a link that I read through and found interesting...there was no motivation at all to help anyone pass a test, I do know that the breathlizer testers can read other stuff as alcohol, because I have been twice accussed of DUI based on those test machines and demanded to be taken to the hospital for a blood screening...which proved I had no alcohol in my system...

So don't read more into than it really was! I always find it interesting how some cop a strong attitude about some subjects..
