flow coat v jell coat,

what are the diffrences between the two, or are they the same, I want to coat the inside of a fibre glass seat comartement and would like to know which one to use, many thanks, Regards William Wright.

I believe that they are one and the same. In Australia (and obviously Sth Africa) we call gell coat 'flowcoat'.

Hey Jurgens<br />Good to see another south african here. I've used flow coat for the inside of my hatches and if you prep the surface well you get a pretty good finish. I also thinned the paint with some thinners for a better finnish.
