i bought it

i need instruction on how to remove the old powerblock and installing the powerblock that i just bought. what else do i need to buy new and use part of the installation.

what is the t part in the lower unit that needs to be at least change every two year.

Was that for a complete motor?
If so, and they are the same length20 or 25in.
Then just change the whole motor.
Will be WAY easier to do that than changing just the powerhead.
It'll save you buying gaskets and possibly stripping bolts and nuts.

yes it a whole motor without the lower unit. yes it a 120hp . it a 1997 force 120hp.

swapping the lower unit is much much easier than swapping a power head.

If such is the case, then swap the whole motor as Jerry mentioned and then just move your old LU into the new motor. This is far easier than removing the old powerhead and replacing it with the new power head which involves replacing gaskets not to mention possibility of snapping bolts. Before doing so, verify compatibility of the LU or better yet move the LU into the new motor before dismounting the old motor from the transom.
