are you talking abut the 2 part pour in foam?.......or cushons for seats.
if its the pour in foam......lots.....that stuff doesnt go far.....and a 23 is a lot of boat.
the foam is between the outboard stringers and hull with the center being the bilge and void of foam.....as for the exact calculations.....each boat is different
