Ok, I have the answer. God created the chicken first. He built them to lay eggs. Adam chicken and Eve chicken did the mombo and laid the first egg... I may be wrong but you'd have to ask God to know, so I have a 50/50 shot at being correct. However it is an educated guess since God created Adman and Eve full formed he wouldn't bother creating eggs rather than full formed chickens.<br /><br />Now, borrowing from another post, since God created the chicken, it is a religious symbol. Therefore, the government should not errect any likenesses of chickens nor eggs in public places as that would violate the separation of church and state.
