My tilt trim has been going for the last few seasons. First it would sink slowly when i lifted it...now it sinks faster and wont lift at all moving in the lake. Im thinking valve body rebuild. Is there any thing im missing as far as being able to adjust it? Also..does anyone know if RRitt still does the valve body rebuilds? thanks

Yes, RRitt still does the valve body rebuilding at least from last time I checked on ebay about a week ago.

Just replaced the tilt and trim motor on my force 125. I got the parts off amazon from DP electrical. I got a new motor and pump/valve body for just around $200. I did switch from a 3 wire to a 2 wire setup. It involved a minor wiring change. Anyway everything works great I never knew the tilt and trim on a force could work so well!!! I just hope the foreign made parts last.

There are tests that you should do befor buying???
The leakdown test is listed in the manual.
It's possible that you need more help than just replacing the pump.
Usually it's the pump?? But not always.
I had a tilt ram go bad and it would fall.

spray down the motor with plasticoat and install an anode + bonding strap for salt water use.
