Force 50hp update leaking gearcase

I removed gearcase oil and it is white.<br />I drained and replaced.<br />There is a tiny hole in the rear of the last gearcase mounting screw.<br />When tested and pulled out of water.<br />Oil came out of the Hole.<br />Is this RIGHT?<br />Is this my water problem?<br />Why is my Gearcase oil coming out of this hole?<br />Here is a picture and pen is pointing to the area.

Your problem sounds similar to one I just solved(86 force 50). I had water in the case and gear oil leaking out the water intake. Turned out that my drive shaft seal was shot, sending gear oil up from under the water pump. The new seal seams to have stopped my leak.
