force main jet

[san dimas]

I've been told that my 1997 15 hp force does not have a main jet that I can adjust for high altitude. Is this true? Thanks for your help.

You have your choice of:

.064 7500-10,000
.066 5000-7500'
.068 2500-5000'
.070 up to 2500'


Any Mercury dealer either brick and mortar or online can get you one.

Verify part number to model number and year when ordering, because there were different carbs used during that era.
