Agree, but at least TSBs are an admission or evidence of an ongoing problem.<br /><br />Homerr,<br /><br />The Lemon Law is weird, but appears that some interpretations would cover me and some wouldn't. Ford and the dealer claim that the ring and pinion has nothing to do with clutch packs and the same with the half shaft. I contend they all are "leaning" on each other and that the clutch pack failures could cause additional wear and loading on the entire rear-end assembly. The last three times I asked for an entirely new rear-end assembly and they said no or ignored me.<br /><br />Funny, but their financial news actually makes me feel guilty for pushing them. That's what I get for working on the other side of the fence my entire career (dealer and manufacturer)
