GOOD NEWS. . . . The PICTURE UPLOAD FUNCTION IS WORKING !!! The tech folks at the parent company have been able to remedy the issue. You can upload pictures once again. Thank you for your patience.
The engine was submerged - oops, sorry, flooded - several years ago and hasn't run since, but all it needs is a starter???? Ummmm, free is not always so free. I see a lot more than $800 to fix it up! YIKES!
