I have the air tools and discs that I will need to clean those up. only takes one metal burr in the eye to make a day go bad quick. I think I'm going to go this route with the epoxy, and I will let you all know how it holds up. I really appreciate the feedback and assistance on this thread.

Muridic Acid is a super way to clean the aluminum too...;)
