I have a 2002 jonhson bombardier witch is a suzuki under a jonhson hood.
The problem is that when it sits for about an hour in the hot sun it will get fuel in the bottom cylinder. I have swoped injector and the problem stays in the bottom cylinder. This motor is 70 hp 4 cylinder 4 stroke.

Re: fuel filling bottom cylinder

I dont deal with suzuki much but EFI is EFI.
to get fuel in the bottom cylinder on any 4 stroke it has to enter past the intake valve. only a couple ways to get fuel in the intake runner.
leaky injector, leaky vapor seperator needle or a leaking fuel pressure regulator.
the VST is vented to the intake, the regulator gets it vacum signal from the intake manifold and the injector sits in the runner just at the valve opening for the cylinder head.
