Where will I find the best fuel ine assembly for my Evinrude? I want a complete assembly compatible with ethanol blended fuels and no chintsy "Taiwan" parts.

Go to a BRP marine dealer for your hose but I think you'll find out that it's "made in China" or some other country. I myself go to Walley World and get an Attwood assembly which uses ethanl resistant hose. Haven't had any trouble with them yet. Good luck.

just from personal experience......the aftermarket "assembly's" are complete junk....dont waste your $$$. the connectors leak, the primer bulbs are sub standard. the hoses may be ok, but id still go with oem parts just so you dont go shopping twice. jmo

I agree with above. The aftermarket MAY work, but not as well nor as long as the OEM ones. The OEM ones are a bit more, but well worth the few extra bucks in my humble opinion.

I have gotten some ok ones from used tanks I have aquired, but also have gotten plenty of junk ones. I have never got a junk OEM one yet.

I was thinking of getting the six gallon "DuraTank" as well. Also, my present tank & fuel line seems to have the Mercury style connectors at the tanks end, any advantage to those?

None, just a different way of connecting to the tank.
