I have had some issues recently with the engine (115tlrw yamaha) shutting off as if it was starving for fuel. The bulb wasnt firming up like it should so I replaced it. With new bulb it still doesnt get firm, If I keep pumping I will notice the fuel come out of the exhaust near the prop, it is not coming out of the front of the carbs. Is this a fuel pump issue ?

Note Idols like a new motor AT 1000 RPM out of water without a hiccup
