Fuel Problem

Have A 1986 Dixie, Been Running Fine, Now All Of A Suddend The Engine Is Sucking Primer Ball Flat And Engine Cuts Out. Tried To Open Gas Cap Thinking It Might Be The Vent. When Opening Gas Cap The Primer Releives It Self Very Slowley But Ose Not Cure It. I Tried To Blow Back Thru Line Veryrestricted.question. Dose The Tank Have Some Kind Of 1 Way Check Valve Or Should It Be Free In Both Direction. Looking For Guidence Please

check the anti sipon valve and pickup tube for clogging.

yes ,and its located at the exit of the fuel tank,often brass fittings are screwed into aluminum fitting at the tank ,I have found corrosion issues due to differance of metals.
