Fuel sending unit

Anyone knows the ohms to test if it's good or not??? Fuel gauge is new but gauge is not moving...

Marine type sender typically 240-33Ω empty to full respectively

But there are also several other ratings for the senders. You need to have a gauge AND sending unit with the same ohms ratings or it won't work.

well when I got the boat none of the gauge worked good and the fuel did not wok at all so I just replaced all the gauges.......

well when I got the boat none of the gauge worked good and the fuel did not wok at all so I just replaced all the gauges.......

The kit that those Faria gauges came in should tell you what the ohms rating for the fuel gauge is or just call where you got them from. Then check the fuel sender at the tank. Remove it test it with an ohm meter to see the range.
