I am in the process of replacing my 93 gal fuel tank.

What coatings are suggested to be applied before installation to prevent corrosion?

Yes, it's an Al tank (new).
Replacing it as part of PM.......

Yup with Bond-o..

Ive never coated alum tanks..

If they had some kind of metal strapping..there should be a rubber gasket of some kind All the way around that Strap !

Are you foaming this tank in as well ?

I've heard of boat builders using POR15 to coat aluminum tanks but I can't really testify as to the effectiveness of this process. I've never heard anything bad come from coating the tanks with POR15, I guess thats good thing? POR is mostly intended for rusted steel but they do have systems for coating aluminum and they also have fuel tank sealing systems. Check out their website.

I also agree with YD about the rubber gasket/strips.

When I replaced my sub-deck I had to remove and replace my aluminum tank, so I followed the instructions on the following website:

alum tanks are fine....they dont need an inner coating to prevent rust.

steel tanks need a barrier. this is a plastic product...pour the gook in....roll the tank around...let it cure....and shazam....your in business

Thanks guys........guess I will leave it natural.......

The last one lasted 26yrs and didn't leak. Did have some pitting though.
Replaced it as part of PM!!

At least this saves me from some work!!
