alright i got an 86 evinrude 225. motor was running like crap changed all fuel lines and so on.... fule pump was working fine. now its not pumping fuel. changed the pump still not pumping. ive got a very low amount of air coming from the pulse line. has a new fitting at the block. why is it low. on a vac gauge it reads about 4.
