Gas Leaking from Carb mouth

Hello. Just yesterday I was winterizing my 1997 75HP Merc and noticed something I hadn't seen before. I took the breather box cover off the engine to get to the carb throats so I sould fog them while the engine was running. At the same time, I closed the fuel valve to let the carbs run dry. While the engine was running nothing came out of the carbs, but after it eventually starved and died, a small amount (maybe an ounce or 2) of what looked and smelled like gas/oil combo trickled out of the lower carburetor and collected in my engine well. Normally, I don't take the breather cover off, but spray through the ports on the front of the cover. This year, I decided I wanted to get a better shot at the carbs and took the cover off.

Also, the engine usually starts and runs pretty good when warm, but rumbles and shakes for a while on plane-off when cold.

Is this little bit of gas leaking out normal, or do I have a problem?

Thanks. Just the bottom carb, or all 3? Any idea as to the cost if I have it done at a dealer?
