I have a 40 hp mercury tracker 2001 . I cansqueeze the bulb tite and crank the motor . It will run for 30 to 45 secounds then cut off.It will crank right back up and run again for 30to45 secounds and cut off. I will check the bulb it will be tite. after fooling around with it for 15 to 30 min.I will squeeze the bulb hard ; it will be like a door opened into a nother chamber the bulb will go down one and a half full squeeze. after that the motor will crank right up and never give me a promble.but let it sit a week and it is the same story.I have cleaned the carb. 2 times. I have what i think is good strong gas flow going into the carb.setting in south carolina looking for answeres, please help
