Gasket maker on gimbal gasket, yeah or nay??

Ready to install my out drive (Alpha One Gen II) and wondering what the thoughts are on using gasket maker on the gimbal gasket.

Thanks. That is what I figured and prefer. Only questioning because when I pulled the old one off it had gasket maker on it.
